Director & Principal Consultant
I started RJ Resilience to share my passion for Emergency Management & Business Continuity. My interest in emergency management was sparked when I joined the NHS Ambulance Service in 2014 as a Graduate Paramedic. Since then I have worked in various roles spanning 999 Response, Hazardous Area Response Team, Specialist Operations & Resilience, Tactical Operations Centre Management, Training and International Repatriation. Each one has added to my knowledge and expertise as well as providing different challenges along the way.
In 2025, I left the NHS to join a global private healthcare group as the UK Division Emergency Planning Manager, a role I still hold full-time. There I am responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the resilience programme for the UK assets including primary, secondary and specialist care, supply chain, contact centre and corporate sites.
RJ Resilience aims to help small to medium businesses be as prepared as possible in an uncertain world. It is no secret that the world is changing, and businesses must be prepared in order to survive.
Emergency Management and Business Continuity is no longer a 'nice to have' it is an essential.
