The plan is nothing if it is not well led. We can provide bespoke incident command training tailored to you business. All our training follows recognised good practice such as JESIP guidelines and NHS Emergency Preparedness Framework.

It always pays to have a practice! We offer a bespoke exercise planning and facilitation service which will ensure your plan works and your staff are ready. We will work with you to plan a realistic scenario based upon current risks or known gaps in order to focus and strengthen your planning. Each exercise will come with full facilitation and debrief. A debrief report with recommendations will also be produced.

Never let a good incident go to waste, thats the old saying! It's true, if you don't debrief the incident properly and identify lessons, your response is never going to improve. Our consultants have recieved structured debriefing training from the College of Policing and are able to prepare and facilitate a debrief which will produce meaningful, actionable results. Each debrief will come with full preparation and facilitation including a debrief report with recommendtons.
